We work as the exclusive buying agents of our clients where all their sourcing needs are met under our umbrella.
We also only represent the interests of our clients – eliminating any conflict of interest that exists when a trading company tries to represent both the buyer and seller in the same transaction.
Our relationships are formed on a contractual basis, usually for a minimum period of 5 years. Having said that, some of our relationships have been in place for over 20 years.
We usually work on a commission basis, where the commission is based on the FOB cost of products sourced by the client. The commission structure agreed upon typically depends on the projected annual quantity of business, quality of services provided and the complexity of the sourcing program.
